Face data, such as when you use certain features offered by us to add emojis or special effects to your streaming section or to photos you've uploaded on TenderU Services. This type of data will only be processed offline in order to implement the emojis or special effects; we won't use it for any other reason unless we have your express consent or convert it into de-identified data. We also promise not to share or use your face data for marketing or advertising. Furthermore, in the event that you choose Real-Person Profile image Authentication, we will gather your profile image and facial recognition video based on your consent, which will be verified by matching your profile photo with the facial recognition footage.

This authentication can strengthen TenderU Services' legitimacy or shield you from imposters and false accounts. We just use your facial recognition video for verification purposes; we don't store it on our systems.

transaction data, including transaction history records and the transaction serial number, obtained when you paid for paid services;

Information Security

We protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access and disclosure by putting in place the necessary administrative, technological, and physical security measures. For instance, access to Personal Information is limited to authorized workers and may only be used for approved business purposes. You can use the Help or Feedback feature on TenderU Services to submit a request to view, amend, or remove the Personal Information we have on you, or you can email us at service@tenderu.me with your request. After carrying out the necessary verification processes, we will reply to your request as soon as is reasonably possible in accordance with the relevant legislation.

If you live in California, you have the right to ask us to list the categories and particular pieces of personal data we gather and/or share with any third party for their commercial purpose. You must sign a legitimate, legally binding power of attorney ("POA") with your agent in order to select an authorized agent, and you must provide us this POA along with your request. Once we have verified that your request and the POA are legitimate in compliance with our privacy policy and the relevant regulations, we will get in touch with your agent.

Children

We do not intentionally gather or retain personal data from those less than eighteen years of age. We shall take the necessary action to remove any Personal Information of individuals under the age of 18 that may have been obtained on or via the TenderU Services.

Preservation of Your Data

For as long as you keep up with your TenderU account, we will keep your Personal Information and other information.

You may contact service@tenderu.me or use the Me > Settings > Connected Account > Delete Account settings in the app to request the termination of your account at any time. We shall remove any data that is not needed to be kept for legal, regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other reasons upon receiving such a request and after our proper evaluation. For instance, we save location, device, and use data for these uses for as long as may be required; during this time, it may also utilize the data for security, safety, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development reasons. We might not be able to cancel your account in some situations, such as when there is money owed or an open claim or dispute. We will remove the account in the manner mentioned above once the problem prohibiting deletion has been resolved.

In the event that it becomes essential for reasons of security, safety, and fraud prevention, we could also save some information. For instance, we could save certain information on a user's account after we deactivate it due to risky behavior or security events, in order to stop the user from creating a new TenderU account later on.

How to Delete Your Account

We provide a fast delete account feature in the app to ensure the security of your account management. To see the Delete Account option, select Account Settings in the App Settings. Once you click, the user may be guided to deactivate their account by following the on-screen instructions. You will log out and we will retain your account for seven days in order to protect the security of your account property after you approve the deletion of account information. You can restore your account and retain all your information by logging in again at any point within the next seven days. We will erase all of your account data after more than seven days, and there won't be any way to get it back.
